And yes, i have closed apps that may be downloading. I have a 25mbps connection(3MB/S), I dont know WHY but the speeds fluctuate from 1,50MB/s(megabytes, not megabits) to 2,60MB/s Other apps download fine at full speed but EA Desktop is like, no.
